30 Days Of Night: Dark Days
A year after the Alaskan town of Barrow';s population was decimated by vampires during its annual month-long polar night, Stella Oleson travels the world trying to convince others that vampires exist. She is fully aware of the risk to the life that her work could bring, but does not care due to her grief over the death of her husband Eben. With nothing remaining to live for, and nothing left to fear, Stella joins their mission and ventures into the uncharted underbelly of Los Angeles where she pushes herself to the most extreme limits to stop the evil from striking again.

An engaging diversion, making the most out of its limited resources, boosted by a capable cast and some nifty make-up effects. In fact, it's a more satisfying bloodsucker yarn than the 2007 original.October 14, 2010
Dark Days is hardly mediocre, but barely interesting; lacking a solid hook like the first film.September 25, 2010
There is no fun in this movie and it's definitely not cool enough to be serious. The characters are all so morose. Oh, my family was killed by vampires, boo hoo.October 03, 2010
A clever vampire concept devolves into another chintzy 'Blade' knock-off.October 26, 2010
...the film is, in the final analysis, simply unable to live up to the better-than-average standard set by its superior predecessor.October 01, 2010
Prominent with a lagging pace, a dull atmosphere, lack of real scares, and a plot filled with holes and lapses in logic...
