The Bay - Season 1
It is a series of tragic events occurring in the coastal town of Morecambe. Following these events, Sergeant Liza Armstrong, who was charged with investigating the missing persons, was appointed unexpectedly. It seems that things were not ambiguous for Armstrong at first, where it seems like another tragedy, but things turn out exactly when there seems to be something quite different about this particular case discovered by Armstrong during the investigation. When Armstrong realizes that the situation has a personal connection to the scary family, things change completely into a strange turn.

I'm not exactly gagging for more, but I am intrigued to see a lead heroine being quite so hard-faced.March 21, 2019
All in all, a decent drama worth getting embroiled in -- but it doesn't grip like it could.March 21, 2019

ITV's new crime drama is basically Baychurch, to the point that it would be of little surprise if Olivia Colman strode in in a lank grey trouser suit and started crying.March 21, 2019
The Lancashire scenery is shot to show the odd moment of gruff beauty, with the soundtrack adding to the general sense of anxiety.
